Role: Founding member & Community manager
Thousand Faces Club is a community to empower creators to make a living out of their passion.
Contribution:
I worked as a core team member to take the community from 0 (a vague idea) to 1 (a well-established community with a small team of 6 people).
I handled content strategy, project management & operations. Worked on launching the website by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Collaborated with 30+ creators to conduct interviews, events and masterclasses.
Kickstarted the YouTube channel & the newsletter for the community.
Impact: Grew the subscribers from 0 -> 1340 in 8 months.
